Day 10: as soon as I saw, I knew...

There wasn't much to report yesterday. Jummah prayers was packed as could be expected. I prayed alongside a Moroccan Barak Obama, I felt very privileged. I visited our Prophet's (PBUH) mausoleum and paid my respects. Were it not for him, 1400 odd years ago, I would not be here performing this pilgrimage and paying my respects. That's a strange feeling.

We went to a bengali run restaurant yesterday evening. Just as soon as I saw it I knew and true enough I suffered a bout of food poisoning, two in fact. The place looked as though it came straight out of Dhaka. Who knows, it probably did.

Now for some sleep.
